Encounter Him is building a way forward for the people of Costa Rica!

The people of Costa Rica are enduring rough times. Establishing SHRIMP FARMS can enable otherwise unemployed families to generate income working for themselves while providing jobs for others.

The goal is to create a “micro-bank” with assets of $25K with which to support qualified families as they endeavor to launch their own shrimp farms. Working with a handful of families at a time, the proposed EH “micro-bank” has the potential to support many dozens of families over time through small, zero interest loans that are repayable by installment.
